The site's design, text, graphics, characters (including the Wink Puzzle hamster and bee) and code are owned by Wink Puzzle or its licensors. You may share links to any page. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site without permission. Sudoku itself is a public puzzle format, and you are free to play, print or share individual puzzles for personal use.
3. Advertising and third-party links

4. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Game progress and statistics are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
